These terms explain what the service provides, what you are responsible for, how subscriptions and endpoints work, and when access may be limited.

tvpn provides a personal WireGuard VPN endpoint connected to your account. It is intended for your own legitimate internet use, not for resale or use as a public proxy.
The service is currently in private beta. Features, available regions, pricing, and support may change as the service develops. When practical, we will give you notice before a change materially affects a paid service.
Keep your sign-in credentials and VPN connection profiles secure. You are responsible for devices and people you knowingly authorize to use your account or endpoint.
If you believe an account, device, or connection profile has been compromised, contact Support promptly and refresh, pause, or remove the affected endpoint.
The price, billing interval, and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to your subscription. A recurring subscription continues until you cancel it through the billing controls provided with your account.
The current personal plan includes one active endpoint at a time. You may keep inactive endpoint records for switching regions, but additional active endpoints are not included unless the plan shown to you says otherwise.
We will not add metered endpoint-overage charges unless the price and charging method are clearly presented to you first. Failed or incomplete payment may limit new endpoint activity or pause access after any notice or grace period described in your account.
Use tvpn lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not share, automate, or resell access in a way that turns a personal endpoint into a service for unrelated third parties.
The service depends on internet and cloud infrastructure that can occasionally fail or require maintenance. We work to restore service promptly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Keep another connection option if uninterrupted access is important to you.
We may block specific traffic, limit endpoint actions, pause an endpoint, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe activity is unsafe, abusive, compromised, unlawful, or violates these terms. Urgent threats may require immediate action; otherwise, we will try to explain the concern and the steps needed to resolve it.
We may review and retain the limited service records described in the Privacy policy when needed for support, billing, security, abuse reports, provider complaints, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
You may cancel recurring billing using the billing controls in your account. Access after cancellation follows the subscription timing shown in the billing portal or at checkout.
We may end an account or endpoint for a serious or repeated policy violation, or if we discontinue the service. When the situation is not urgent, we will provide reasonable notice.
The Acceptable Use Policy explains activity that is not allowed. The Privacy policy explains what information we keep, why we use it, and the choices available to you. Together, those policies form part of these terms.
